Two Years

This week we’ll celebrate the two year anniversary of DC Cribbage. Like a 4556 hand that sees a 5 cut card, DC Cribbage has grown from a few friends playing weekly to a group large enough where I, shamefully, forget people’s names.

Thank you all for your support and attendance over the last two years, working through venue changes and faulty table lamps, remember those?

The idea for DC Cribbage took hold when I visited Milwaukee and played in my brother’s league. I returned to Wisconsin last week to ruminate on the origins. I do not need to spread the gospel of playing cribbage in bars in Wisconsin - it’s already canon.
