A special thanks to Tawny and Civilian John for bringing the cribbage boards last week while covering for me during my illness, much appreciated.

As the children of DC return to school, I’m reminded of my platform for when I run for mayor of DC. It has three simple principles that I believe everyone can get behind.

  • If you serve wings or ribs you must also supply wet-naps. (Legally, enforced at bars and restaurants. Enforced at homes by shunning.)
  • If you have a jukebox you must have at least one Bad Brains song available for play.
  • Part of the school curriculum, will involve the use of cribbage for the teaching of arithmetic. This applies to public, private and home schooling settings.

Back to School

I’m biased toward this movie because it was filmed on the campus of The University of Wisconsin.
